I had a Rv/boat cover done by Best National Carports and they did a great job! I'm glad I requested it high enough because I can also back up my trailer with the excavator on it. The customer service was good. They came when they said they would and they installed it in one day. Unfortunately, they left about 12 screws where I was going to park my boat all scattered about which could’ve easily punctured one of my tires. Also, there is a lot of scratches on a lot of the panels. They also forgot to install about eight screws as you can see where they drilled the holes and they never put screws in them.They did give me a discount for the scratches but I was not impressed by the installers attention to detail.
I am beyond happy with the total experience I had with Best National carports. We had construction issues after ordering our carport that caused several delays and they were more than accommodating the whole way. We originally were going to go with another company that would not work with payment through our mortgage I’m so glad that didn’t work out and we went with this company. Julio and his team did an amazing job installing and explaining our options. I would highly recommend this company if your considering a carport!
